Chasmi is a Spring Branch native and it’s an honor having her serve as a Spring Valley Village Police dispatcher.  This July will be three full years she has worked with us.  From the beginning she’s dedicated herself to learning the craft and enhancing her professional skills through additional training.  This diligence has already earned her an Intermediate license from the State’s law enforcement licensing board- TCOLE.  

 

On her days off, she enjoys the time with her family.  She especially relishes the role of mother to her son.  Through her relationships she’s developed compassion, patience, and strong communication skills which allows her to be a reliable resource for people in need.  She is truly grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s lives through her work each day.

 

When told that she was being nominated as the Employee of the Quarter, Chasmi said “The wonderful support we receive from RFR helps foster a sense of family working in Spring Valley and Hilshire Village.  Thank you RFR for always encouraging us and standing with your police department.”
